Self-Insurance is easy. Pretty much all you have to do is not spend money and hope nothing goes wrong. Every McDonald's relies on some self-insurance. I would bet anything that there is not a single McDonald's with fire insurance.

New program in place to help those without insurance
It's a new program aimed at helping those who have no insurance. Onondaga County officials say it could produce major savings in purchasing prescription drugs.
